Returns & Exchanges

At Kaiia The Label, we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
